• Use your information for marketing or promotional emails (unless you opt-in)
• Add you to mailing lists without explicit consent

3. Data Storage and Security

Where Your Data is Stored:

• Assessment form data is temporarily processed through our hosting provider (DreamHost)
• Results are sent via email to you and retained in our email inbox
• Daily assessment logs are stored on our server in a non-public directory

How We Protect Your Data:

• All data transmission uses HTTPS/SSL encryption
• Form submission data is not stored in a database; it is processed immediately
• Assessment logs are stored on our secure server
• We limit access to assessment data to authorized personnel only

4. Data Retention

• Assessment Results Email: We retain your assessment results email indefinitely for our records and to reference if you return for follow-up coaching
• Form Data: We delete raw form submission data after sending your results and admin notification (typically within 24 hours)
• Assessment Logs: We retain daily assessment logs for 12 months, then delete them

You can request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

DreamHost (Web Hosting and Email)

• Service: Website hosting and email delivery
• Data Shared: Your name, email, and assessment results are transmitted through DreamHost's systems to deliver your assessment email
• Privacy: DreamHost's privacy policy
• Legal Basis: Legitimate business interest in delivering your assessment results

Results should be used alongside feedback from your manager, mentors, and professional coaches. This assessment does not replace professional executive coaching or clinical services. Your organization is responsible for how it uses these results. We are not liable for any decisions made based on assessment outcomes. By submitting the LeaderFit Assessment form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this privacy policy and agree to the collection and use of your information as described.
